A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face. The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SLAPPED ME IN THE FACE." They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one, who had been slapped, got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After the friend recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone: "TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE." The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, "After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?" The other friend replied: "When someone hurts us, we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it."

One of the most popular global issues that have been turning to a crisis, over a few years ago is obesity which has contributed to lots of terrible outcomes, including: heart attack, stroke, diabetes etc. and that’s why various researches and studies are seeking to figure out why obesity has outnumbered amid people in recent decades, and what has gone wrong? Some experts stress that excessive nutrition, unhealthy eating habits and spiking in tendency towards junk foods, processed foods, saturated fats and etc are the main reasons for obesity. As well nowadays people are getting less physical exercise and have more sedentary life and maybe this is the major disparity between now and past. In conclusion, we should keep in our mind the only way to be healthy and get ride of obesity, the only way is eating correctly and exercising regularly.

چهار دانشجو که به خودشان اعتماد کامل داشتند یک هفته قبل از امتحان پایان ترم به مسافرت رفتند و با دوستان خود در شهر دیگر حسابی به خوشگذرانی پرداختند. اما وقتی به شهر خود برگشتند متوجه شدند که در مورد تاریخ امتحان اشتباه کرده اند و به جای سه شنبه، امتحان دوشنبه صبح بوده است. بنابراین تصمیم گرفتند استاد خود را پیدا کنند و علت جا ماندن از امتحان را برای او توضیح دهند. آنها به استاد گفتند: « ما به شهر دیگری رفته بودیم که در راه برگشت لاستیک خودرومان پنچر شد و از آنجایی که زاپاس نداشتیم تا مدت زمان طولانی نتوانستیم کسی را گیر بیاوریم و از او کمک بگیریم، به همین دلیل دوشنبه دیر وقت به خانه رسیدیم.» استاد فکری کرد و پذیرفت که آنها روز بعد بیایند و امتحان بدهند. چهار دانشجو روز بعد به دانشگاه رفتند و استاد آنها را به چهار اتاق جداگانه فرستاد و به هر یک ورقه امتحانی را داد و از آنها خواست که شروع کنند.... آنها به اولین مسأله نگاه کردند که 5 نمره داشت. سوال خیلی آسان بود و به راحتی به آن پاسخ دادند..... سپس ورقه را برگرداندند تا به سوال 95 امتیازی پشت ورقه پاسخ بدهند که سوال این بود: « کدام لاستیک پنچر شده بود؟»

Peter was eight and a half years old, and he went to a school near his house. He always went there and came home on foot, and he usually got back on time, but last Friday he came home from school late. His mother was in the kitchen, and she saw him and said to him, "Why are you late today, Peter "My teacher was angry and sent me to the headmaster after our lessons," Peter answered ?""To the headmaster?" his mother said. "Why did she send you to him "Because she asked a question in the class; Peter said, "and none of the children gave her the answer except me." His mother was angry. "But why did the teacher send you to the headmaster then? Why didn't she send all the other stupid children?" she asked Peter ."Because her question was, "Who put glue on my chair?" Peter said پیتر هشت سال و نیمش بود و به یک مدرسه در نزدیکی خونشون میرفت. او همیشه پیاده به آن جا میرفت و بر میگشت، و همیشه به موقع برمیگشت، اما جمعهی قبل از مدرسه دیر به خانه آمد. مادرش در آشپزخانه بود، و وقتی او (پیتر) را دید ازش پرسید «پیتر، چرا امروز دیر آمدی»؟ پیتر گفت: معلم عصبانی بود و بعد از درس مرا به پیش مدیر فرستاد. مادرش گفت: پیش مدیر؟ چرا تو را پیش او فرستاد؟ پیتر گفت: برای اینکه او در کلاس یک سوال پرسید و هیچکس به غیر از من به سوال او جواب نداد. مادرش عصبانی بود و از پیتر پرسید: در آن صورت چرا تو را پیش مدیر فرستاد؟ چرا بقیهی بچههای احمق رو نفرستاد؟ پیتر گفت: برای اینکه سوالش این بود «چه کسی روی صندلی من چسب گذاشته؟»
